Go Home Day is a service of Litespeed Marketing LLC. We give dog breeders a website, a place to manage their litters, and advertising. This page says what we collect and what we do with it, in plain terms.
Two different people appear below. Breeders are our customers. Buyers are members of the public who contact a breeder through a kennel site we host. We hold buyer information on the breeder’s behalf.
What we collect from breeders
- Account details: name, email address, and password credentials.
- Kennel details entered for publication: kennel name, location, phone, email, photos, dogs, litters, pedigree, health testing.
- A mobile number, only if the breeder opts in to text alerts. See text alerts.
- Billing records: what was charged, when, whether it succeeded, and the card brand, last four digits and expiry date. We never receive or store a full card number. Cards are held by our payment processor, Authorize.net.
What we collect from buyers
- What is typed into an inquiry or waitlist form on a kennel site: name, email, phone, and the message itself.
- Basic activity on kennel sites: pages viewed, which puppies were looked at, and taps on call, text and email links. This is what produces a breeder’s reporting.
Inquiries are forwarded to the breeder by email, and by text if they have opted in. That is the purpose of the form.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers, and only to run the product. They receive only what they need to do their job:
- Vercel — hosting.
- Neon — database.
- Resend — sending email.
- Twilio — sending text messages.
- Authorize.net — processing card payments.
- Google — running the search advertising a breeder buys, and Google Analytics on gohomeday.com.
- Meta — measuring our own advertising on gohomeday.com.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with anyone for marketing purposes, and no mobile number collected for text alerts is passed to any third party except Twilio for the sole purpose of delivering those alerts.
We will disclose information if the law requires it, and we would transfer it as part of a sale of the business — in which case this policy travels with it.
Cookies
We set a cookie to keep a breeder signed in. On gohomeday.com we also use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, and the Meta Pixel to see which of our own ads brought someone here; both set their own cookies. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on kennel sites — a breeder’s own website carries no Google Analytics and no Meta Pixel, and the visit counts in their portal come from our own tracking, which stores no IP address, no user agent and no fingerprint.
How long we keep it
Account and kennel information is kept while the account exists. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires, because a payment ledger is not something we can delete on request. Turning off text alerts deletes the mobile number and the consent record from the account immediately.
Getting it removed
Email hello@gohomeday.com and tell us what you want removed. Breeders can edit or delete most of their own content from the portal at any time. A buyer who contacted a breeder can ask us to remove their inquiry — we will also tell the breeder, because they hold their own copy of it.
Children
This service is for adults running or buying from a breeding program. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We will update this page when what we do changes, and the date at the top will change with it.
