Terms of service

These terms cover Go Home Day, a service of Litespeed Marketing LLC, a Washington limited liability company. Using the service means agreeing to them. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.

What we provide

A website for your kennel, a portal to manage your dogs, litters and buyer inquiries, a listing on our marketplace, and — if you buy them — advertising weeks that run search ads for your kennel on Google.

Billing

Your plan is billed on a recurring cycle to the card you keep on file, at the price shown on your Billing screen when you signed up or last changed plans. We charge automatically when a period ends. If a charge is declined, your account moves to past due and we may retry; sites for accounts that stay unpaid may be taken offline.

Advertising weeks

Advertising weeks are paid in advance. We create and manage campaigns on your behalf and spend the budget shown at purchase with Google, who bill us as the ads run. Google decides what a click costs and who sees the ad; we do not guarantee impressions, clicks, inquiries or sales, and no advertising result is promised.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the portal. We do not give refunds. Your account keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Advertising weeks you have bought continue to run until the days you paid for are used up, even after you cancel — you keep what you bought. If more than 30 days of advertising remain when you cancel, we may bill one further plan cycle so that those days run out while your account is still active.

Pausing is different from cancelling. A paused kennel goes offline, keeps all of its data, and can be resumed. On the lowest paused tier we stop renewing your domain — see below.

Domains

If we register a domain for you, we buy it on our own account and Litespeed Marketing LLC is the registrant of record while you are with us. The domain is yours in substance: ask us and we will transfer it to you. Registrars enforce a 60-day lock after a domain is first registered or transferred, so a transfer may have to wait out that period — that rule is ICANN’s, not ours.

If your account lapses or you move to a tier where we stop renewing, the domain can expire and be lost. We warn you before that happens, but keeping a domain alive ultimately depends on someone paying for it.

Your content

Your photos, text, dogs, pedigrees and health records stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them for the purpose of running your site and listing your kennel. You are responsible for having the right to publish everything you upload.

What you agree not to do

Do not misrepresent a dog’s health testing, lineage, age or origin. Do not list dogs you do not have. Follow the breeding, licensing and sale laws that apply where you are. Do not use the service to break the law or to harass anyone. We can suspend or close an account over any of this.

We are not part of the sale

We do not process buyer payments, hold deposits, or act as escrow for any puppy sale. Money between you and a buyer is between you and that buyer. We record that an inquiry happened; we are not a party to what follows, and any dispute over a puppy, a deposit or a contract is between you and the buyer.

Availability

We work to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or other indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Washington, and both sides agree to that venue.
